I’m Paul Marynowski, Co-Owner and Chief Imagination Officer at PM Creative Studios. With a background in sales, a strong foundation in marketing, and a passion for storytelling, I help business owners amplify their brands and create unforgettable impressions.
From jaw-dropping visuals to strategic brand experiences, I combine creativity with results-driven thinking to bring bold ideas to life. I thrive on transforming visions into impactful realities—delivering content that not only grabs attention but also forges meaningful connections. At PM Creative Studios, I lead our team to dream big, break the mold, and ensure every project is a standout success.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me DJing at music festivals and events, igniting energy and curating vibes that leave the crowd buzzing. Music fuels my creative spark and keeps me thinking outside the box. I’m Joanna Marynowski, Co-Owner and Chief Buzz Creator at PM Creative Studios, where I bring bold ideas, strategic thinking, and an unstoppable energy to every project. I’m all about creating the kind of buzz that gets people talking, expertly leading our marketing efforts while seamlessly managing behind-the-scenes operations.
As the driving force behind the excitement at PM Creative Studios, I thrive on turning visions into reality while keeping our team and clients inspired. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building meaningful connections, I’m the engine driving our visibility and impact. Whether it’s fine-tuning the details of a campaign or developing strategies that get us seen and remembered, I ensure PM Creative Studios shines in everything we do.
When I’m not brainstorming our next big move, you’ll find me unwinding with my trusty sidekick, Felix (my miniature Australian shepherd and adventure buddy), or indulging in my ultimate comfort food—sushi rolls, all day, every day!

WEAVER
Hi, I’m Jeremy, and video production has been my passion since the day my dad handed me the family VHS camcorder. What started as filming family moments quickly turned into capturing shenanigans with my brother and adventures with friends. As I grew, I upgraded to my own camera, taught myself editing, and began bringing creative ideas to life—some of those early “experiments” are still floating online! They were the foundation of my storytelling journey and shaped my skills today.
Now, as a Senior Editor and Story Weaver at PM Creative Studios, I craft compelling narratives from incredible footage. Whether it’s commercials, wedding films, or music videos, I focus on aligning music and visuals to amplify the story. Music videos are my sweet spot, merging my two passions—film and music.
Creativity runs in my family—my mom was an artist, and my dad a musician—so video production feels like my natural outlet. Outside of editing, I love playing guitar, writing music, and performing live with my two bands.
And then there’s Hudson, my Border Collie and the real MVP of our office. His playful energy keeps us motivated during long editing sessions, and he’s always up for a quick game of fetch. Between storytelling, music, and Hudson, I’m lucky to live a life filled with creativity and connection.

Hey there, I’m Grace Gilders! As a Junior Editor and Story Weaver at PM Creative Studios, I bring a strong foundation to every project, backed by diplomas in Visual Effects and Editing, and Television, Film, and Broadcasting. I specialize in crafting engaging social media reels and assisting the team on set, always keeping a sharp eye on the details others might miss. Whether in the office or on location, my goal is to create work that inspires others to find beauty in everyday life.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places and diving into different hobbies—whether it’s baking, learning to DJ from Paul, or starting my day with a morning run. My favorite movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, reflects my appreciation for unique storytelling and intricate cinematography. Whatever hobby captures my attention, it keeps me grounded and fuels my creativity to bring fresh ideas to every project.

Immersing myself in the emotions of the day and turning them into timeless memories through a documentary-style approach. I bring a love for storytelling and a fresh perspective to every event.
When I’m not behind the camera, I also work with children facing developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, a role that has taught me patience, empathy, and the value of seeing life through fresh perspectives.
When the day winds down, you’ll usually find me wrangling my five cats (yes, five!) or attempting to conquer my ever-growing list of TV shows. I love finding beauty in the small, unscripted moments that make life so special.
